Applying for Probate or Letters of Administration
If you've been named the executor of an estate, I can guide you through applying to the Surrogate Court for Probate of the will and help you effectively administer the deceased's assets. In cases where there's no will, I can also assist you in applying for Letters of Administration, which grants you the authority to manage the estate.

Estate Disputes
When an individual passes away, disputes can unfortunately arise. Whether you are an executor of an estate, a beneficiary, or the spouse or domestic partner of the deceased, you might find yourself involved in disagreements with the executor of the estate or other family members. These conflicts often stem from issues like the validity of a will, the interpretation of its terms, concerns about adequate provision for dependents, or the executor's handling of the estate's administration. I can assist you with all of these matters
